Beef noodles
Beef noodles generally refer to various soup noodles with stewed beef as the main ingredient. Its origin is difficult to trace. The stewed beef noodles are believed to have originated from Lanzhou beef noodles, which were originally created by the Hui people. The most common theory of braised beef noodles comes from mainland Sichuan veterans from Konggang Military Village in the mountainous area of Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, who modified it from the Chengdu dish "Small Bowl of Red Soup Beef". Nowadays, beef noodles have become a common food among Chinese people, and beef noodles in various places have their own characteristics.
